I love listening to audio books when I am cleaning the house cause it is a way to distract my myself and enjoy cleaning, I also love to listen to them when I have a migraine, with no lights on (or very low) listening to someone read a book it allows you to visualize the scene better.

Thanks for the insight. I hadn't thought of audio books as being a comfort for migraine sufferers. I'm very glad to know they provide that benefit.
ReplyDeleteWhen you read your are straining your eyes to concentrate on and read what is written, but audio-books provide the words without needing to use your eyes, and gives your mind something besides the pain to focus on xD. (or at least, that's what it does for me)
